To play the Big Game Mega Millions Lotto using this form, follow the these steps:

  1. All players must be at least 18 years of age! Void where prohibited by law.
  2. Choose how you want your numbers selected. Do you want to use the IMI Computerized Lotto Picker to choose your numbers? Do you want your numbers chosen at random from a State Lottery Machine (i.e. Quick Pick)? Or, do you want to choose your own numbers?
  3. Please tell us how many games you wish to play?
  4. Please tell us how many times you want us to play your numbers (number of draws).
  5. Please multiply the number of games by $2.00 (Minimum $20.00) and put the total amount at the end of the game grid.

We accept credit cards and Online Checks for payment of your order. If using Online Checks, please fill in complete bank information. Supply us with your check number then void the check. We will draft a check using that check number and submit it to our bank for regular bank processing.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your complete order information.

Minimum subscription is ten draws (one game minimum)

If choosing your own numbers, enter your five selected numbers between 1 and 56 plus 1 additional number between 1 and 46 for each game you wish to play. There is room for up to 20 games.
